So very thankful that I have these TWO amazing women with me on our work tribe… HAPPY ADMINISTRATIVE DAY to my favorite helpers. co-workers, and all ’round do what it take to get it done-ers. My sweet girls are worth far more than just one day so we celebrated them all week long they deserved every sweet second…
Let me just start by saying they are the pieces of the whole pie that makes all our work go here at R & R Enterprises.
Being blessed with such amazing women helps make all of our jobs and lives run smoothly. They are the start to any big projects getting done, satisfied customers, among a ton more things that go on around here.
They roll with the punches when Aaron gets another wild hair to add another business-they never question-they pick up what needs to be done and add another piece to their plates and it runs smoothly without any hesitation they make it happen.
The biggest part of the time they are the start to each job or new phase we add. The office sees the first action from multiple phone lines that ring pretty much non-stop (thank the sweet Lord). We are so thankful for God’s protective hand of business.
This lady right here answers the phone with confidence that she will get your problem solved, whether sending out septic drivers, getting you a toilet delivered for your job or special event, or sending you paper work you requested. These are just a little bit of what she makes happen everyday!!
We are a team and when one needs help we know what the next step would be to keep the crew going strong…
Amanda is my fixer and a jack of all trades-this girl could do ANYTHING…
She makes sure everyone gets what they need no matter what-from invoicing to payroll she covers it all… I mean it ALL
Having my work girls makes all of our lives, me and all the “guy crews”, move so much more smoothly from home to work.
I knew down deep inside that when we first hired them both… by the way they took care of their own families…. I knew our family would be in great hands.
They are my right hands & left. They finish strong everyday, giving their all every single day. We have each other’s backs, no matter the situation. We just enjoy having each other and believe me we have some INTERESTING stories with our business. The laughs are endless here.
I am grateful to them for motivating us to grow as a business and work harder, achieve our goals and SMILE the whole way…
They truly care about our growth as much as their own, and to be loved by them and to be able to love them is the sweetest TEAM we could ever ask for… WE ARE BEYOND BLESSED
